Will sold-out products be restocked?
If you inquire through our KakaoTalk channel, we will check the availability and provide guidance on restocking.
Is product A/S (after-sales service) available?
If you have the product warranty, we provide free A/S for products purchased within 6 months, and paid A/S for products older than 6 months.
*Adding a lock button and adjusting strap length will incur charges even during the free warranty period.
*Some products may not be repairable.

Shipping
When will the product be shipped?
Once you complete your order, the product will be shipped within 1-2 days after the quality check.
Cancelation & Return
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it is in the payment completed status and not in the product preparation status.
However, if the product has already been shipped or if you have purchased alteration/button addition services, the order cannot be canceled.
How do I exchange or return a product?

As our imported handcrafted products are limited to one per design, the value of the product may decrease upon return. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product and send the product to the return address within 7 days.
Exchanges or returns are not possible if the product tag is damaged or the free gift is missing, and items sent without notice will be returned.
*Additional requests such as adding a lock button or adjusting the strap length are customized services provided exclusively for each customer, so exchanges/returns are not possible after receiving the product.

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, there may be correctable defects such as loose wool, appearance of threads in different colors, or protruding threads, which are not considered defects.
When will the refund be processed?
It may take 1-2 days to complete the return process after the quality check, and card refunds may take 3-5 days depending on the card company.
