Can the length of the bag's cross strap be altered?

Can a lock button be added to the bag?

Yes, it is possible. Please inquire through our KakaoTalk channel before placing an order. 

Will sold-out products be restocked?

If you inquire through our KakaoTalk channel, we will check the availability and provide guidance on restocking. 

Is product A/S (after-sales service) available?

If you have the product warranty, we provide free A/S for products purchased within 6 months, and paid A/S for products older than 6 months. 

*Adding a lock button and adjusting strap length will incur charges even during the free warranty period. 

*Some products may not be repairable.

Shipping

When will the product be shipped?

Domestic Orders (South Korea)

  • When your order is finalized, we’ll quality check your purchase and send it out within 1–2 business days.
  • Domestic shipping is free, but a return/exchange shipping fee of 6,000 KRW applies.

International Orders (Outside Korea)

  • When your order is finalized, we’ll quality check your purchase and send it out within 3–4 business days.

Cancelation & Return

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it is in the payment completed status and not in the product preparation status.

However, if the product has already been shipped or if you have purchased alteration/button addition services, the order cannot be canceled. 

How do I exchange or return a product?

Domestic Orders (South Korea)

  • A return/exchange shipping fee of 6,000 KRW applies.

  1. Returns or exchanges due to change of mind
  •  Since our products are imported, handcrafted items with limited stock (one per design), returns may reduce their value. Therefore: You must request an exchange/return within 3 days of receiving the product. The product must be sent to the return address within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns/exchanges are not possible if the product tag is damaged or if any complimentary gifts are missing. Products sent without prior notice will be returned to the sender.

Returns or exchanges due to product defects

  • Due to the nature of handmade products, minor flaws that can be corrected (e.g., loose threads, appearance of different colored threads, protruding threads) are not considered defects and therefore exchanges/returns are not allowed. 

International Orders (Outside Korea)

  2. Returns or exchanges due to product defects

    • Due to the nature of handmade products, minor flaws that can be corrected (e.g., loose threads, appearance of different colored threads, protruding threads) are not considered defects and therefore exchanges/returns are not allowed. 

When will the refund be processed?

After we quality check the returned item, completing the return process may take up to 2–3 business days, and refunds to your card may take 3–5 days depending on your card issuer.
